Easy Chocolate Mint Truffles

Directions

1. Combine Oreos, cream cheese and Damn Fine Chocolate Liqueur in a food processor or mixer.

2. Shape into 40 1-inch balls (approx) and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. 

3. While they are in the freezer, melt chocolate in a bowl.

4. Dip balls into the melted chocolate one at a time. Place on lined cookie sheet. 

5. Top with crushed peppermint candies or sprinkles (totally optional). Then refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
