• 1.5 oz. Conniption American Dry Gin
• .5 oz. Pineapple-Tabasco Rich Syrup
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• Dry Sparkling Wine 

Add gin syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon twist.

Pineapple-Tabasco Syrup 1/2 cup crushed pineapple in syrup, 1 cup sugar, and 4 halved tobasco peppers. Add pineapple and sugar to saucepan and bring to broil. Lower to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add peppers. Let steep for 30 minutes and strain into jar.
