2019 Day 7 "12 Days of Cocktails" Cocktail Winner

*For homemade chocolate syrup: Mix 3/4 cup cocoa, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Add water as needed (consistency should be thick but pourable).
For Chartreuse whipped cream: Mix 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 oz Green Chartreuse, 2 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
Add all ingredients to a mug and stir. Top with Chartreuse whipped cream.
