Bone-dry and full of character and complexity. A clever and sophisticated alternative to a Martini. The sherry adds a bright, lifting quality to the cocktail that really enhances the floral notes of honeysuckle from our Conniption American Dry Gin.

• 2 oz  Conniption American Dry Gin
• 1 oz Fino or Manzanilla Sherry
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Lemon peel garnish 

Stir ingredients with ice in mixing glass. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
