Add all ingredients to shaker and shake without ice to make frothy. Add ice and shake vigorously again. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a few raspberries on a pick.
- 1 cup Fresh raspberries
- 1 cup White sugar
- 1 cup Water
Add raspberries to white sugar and gently press them to allow sugar to begin soaking up the juices. Let sit in sugar 10-20 minutes. Add mixture to a small saucepan along with the water. Stir and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat at boil and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain and store in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
