- 1.5 oz coconut oil washed Conniption American Dry Gin
- 0.5 oz Rum
- 0.5 oz Jägermeister
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 8 drops Remedy Cocktail Co. Spiced Pineapple bitters

0.5 oz Grenadine
Pour grenadine followed by Jägermeister into a rocks glass with ice. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into prepped rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple.
*Coconut oil washed gin: 1 cup coconut oil, 1 cup gin. Melt coconut oil down to liquid (~1 min in the microwave). Combine Conniption American Dry Gin and coconut oil in sealable container. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Put into the refrigerator or freezer until oil has separated and solidified. Remove solid oil piece and discard. Strain infused gin if necessary.
