Pink Martinez

• 1.75 oz Conniption Barrel Aged Gin Series 1
• 1.25 oz Blanc Vermouth (we use Dolin Blanc)
• 1 barspoon of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 
• 2 Dashes Peychaud's bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel.
