Shop for Pickup Conniption Barrel Aged Gin

I tried the gin with a barrel with a barrel aged gin old fashioned recipe. It tasted like a bourbon old fashioned only cleaner. Didn’t think a gin would work in the recipe, but it did!

Complex, subtle. Can be sipped with an ice cube with great pleasure.

This gin is amazing. Complex flavor. Excellent for sipping on it’s own-no need to put it in a cocktail. A great value at this price.

We had a chance to try this on the Durham Distillery tour. It impressed us as Durham Distillery’s best gin so far. We love and use their American Dry for most cocktails. But, when we’re seeking something with a little more depth and complexity, we reach for their Barrel Aged. It has a bit more robust flavor which suits some purposes for us. Great gin!

I’m usually not a fan of barrel aged gins since it comes out too bitter, but this version beats all my expectations! It has a barrel finish and sweet as well. Really great in negroni’s too!

A must try to make a gin old fashioned!!!

I bought a bottle of the Barrel Aged Series for a gin loving friend because this is the best gin I’ve ever tasted. He loved it at first taste. He’s since made the trek to the distillery to purchase some of Durham Distillery’s other outstanding gins. You can never go wrong with Conniption Gins.

Shared our barrel ages Gin with friends and family recently and they really liked it. Some had it with a splash of herbal iced tea or ginger ale and others simply drank it on the rocks. Really unique flavor and gin.

Barrel Aged is one of my absolute favorites! It’s unique, flavorful, and deliciously smooth; best enjoyed on the rocks 😉. 10/10 Must Try!!!

They did a great job explaining the differences between all their gin options, and I enjoyed the tastings. I bought some for me and more as a gift for my brother. (I also enjoyed their restaurant.)
