2017 "12 Days of Cocktails" Cocktail Winner
Recipe by Tony (Reverie Cocktails)

  • 1 oz. Conniption Navy Strength Gin 
  • 1 oz. Cold-Pressed organic pear juice 
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice  .
  • 1/4 oz. Rich Curry-infused Demerara syrup 
  • 1 Dash Cardamom Bitters 
  • 3 oz. Prosecco
Shake first five ingredients with ice then strain into coupe. Top with prosecco.  
Curry-infused Demerara syrup 
2 cups demerara sugar
1 cup water
10-20 curry leaves
Over medium heat, dissolve sugar. Let cool. Strain and refrigerate.
