Conniption in a Pear Tree
2017 "12 Days of Cocktails" Cocktail Winner
Recipe by Tony (Reverie Cocktails)
- 1 oz. Conniption Navy Strength Gin
- 1 oz. Cold-Pressed organic pear juice
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice .
- 1/4 oz. Rich Curry-infused Demerara syrup
- 1 Dash Cardamom Bitters
- 3 oz. Prosecco
Shake first five ingredients with ice then strain into coupe. Top with prosecco.
Curry-infused Demerara syrup
2 cups demerara sugar
1 cup water
10-20 curry leaves
Over medium heat, dissolve sugar. Let cool. Strain and refrigerate.
