  • 2 oz Conniption Navy Strength Gin
  • 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz burnt lemon rosemary ginger simple syrup**

Add all ingredients to shaker and shake over ice. Double strain into sour glass. Garnish with flamed rosemary sprig and dried burnt lemon slice.

**slice a lemon in half and sear pulp-side down on stovetop until browned. Remove and thinly slice the edge off the lemon (to be used to dry in the oven for garnish). Place the lemon halves back on stovetop and add 0.5 cup sugar 0.5 cup water two large rosemary sprigs and a few inches of freshly sliced ginger. Bring to boil to full incorporate then filter into container. For the lemon garnish use the burnt lemon slices from earlier and place in the over at 175 degrees for three hours.
