2021 Day 2 Winner "12 Days of Cocktails"

- 1.5 oz Damn Fine Coffee Liqueur
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz lapsang souchong simple syrup

1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed mandarin orange juice
- 3 dashes Crude Bitters “Pooter” – Smoke & Salt
Combine all ingredients and shake over ice then strain and serve in Nick & Nora glass with a large sphere ice cube garnish with a dehydrated slice of mandarin orange
Lapsang Souchong simple syrup: first make a strong Lapsang Souchong tea (2 bags in 8 oz hot water allow it to steep for at least 5 min) then combine equal parts tea and white sugar in pot on medium heat until sugar dissolves then set aside and allow to cool
