2022 Day 2 Winner "12 Days of Cocktails"

• 2 oz Damn Fine Coffee Liqueur
• 1 oz Vodka
• 0.5 oz Gingerbread Syrup
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Add ingredients to shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

*Gingerbread Syrup: 2 cups water, 2 cups brown sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 8 allspice berries, 6 whole cloves,  2 pinches fresh ginger, grated. Bring water and sugar to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. Strain into a jar using a fine mesh strainer.
