  • 1.75 oz. Conniption Navy Strength Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Tawny Port
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
  • 10 Candied Cranberries
  • Lime Twist to Garnish 


Muddle cranberries in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, port lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup. Shake with ice. Double strain contents into a rocks glass over one large ice sphere. Garnish with lime twist

For the Cinnamon Syrup: Break up 5-7 cinnamon sticks and add to a pan with 1 cup water and 1 cup cane sugar. Bring to a light boil then leave to cool for 1 hour . Pass contents through a fine mesh strainer. For the Candied Cranberries: Add two cups cranberries to a saucepan with 1/2 cup sugar. Let sit over medium heat stirring occasionally. Once sugar has dissolved onto cranberries, add contents to a heatproof jar and refrigerate.
