Rosemary Fitzgerald

Rosemary Fitzgerald

The perfect cocktail to enjoy in the late summer/early fall. Citrusy and refreshing but with a kiss of fall spice from the bitters. Our Conniption Navy Strength Gin has a powerful and savory profile that punches through the citrus and stands out. The rosemary syrup amplifies the rosemary found in our gin and works in great harmony with the rest of the botanicals.

Shake gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters. Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.

Rosemary syrup*

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary sprigs
Add all ingredients to a pot, bring to boil and immediately turn off the heat and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain and store in refrigerator.
