This Sh$t is Bananas

2017 "12 Days of Cocktails" Cocktail Winner
Recipe by Melissa 

Shake all ingredients. Strain into coupe. Garnish with nutmeg and banana chip.   

 

Banana syrup
In a sauce pan combine 1 sliced banana  1 cup of sugar  and 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Cover and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate overnight and then strain through a cheesecloth.
