A dark, mysterious, and superbly bracing cocktail originating in the late 1800s. It was named Bijou (bijoux means jewels in French) because it combines the colors of three jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby, and chartreuse for emerald.

Crisp and herbaceous, the classic Bijou cocktail has been around for over a century. It is named after the colors of glittering jewels that are reminisietn of the three liquors that make it up (gin, vermouth and chartreuse). An impressive classic cocktail with a rich history, we love it!
