A fun spin on a classic Martinez (or Gin Manhattan) with Conniption Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin and Dolin Vermouth.
1.75 oz Conniption Barrel Aged Gin
1.25 oz Blanc Vermouth (Dolin)
1 barspoon Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 Dashes Peychaud's bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel.
