We're celebrating Gin &Tonic week 2023 by traveling the world through the G&T. We're excited to share all of our global twists on this classic drink. It’s time to take a trip to Greece for this Mediterranean inspired G&T!
Ingredients

1.75 oz. Conniption American Dry Gin
-
.5 oz. Green Chartreuse
-
2 drops celery bitters
-
Indian Tonic Water
-
Orange peel
Garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients except tonic water to a shaker with ice and shake until your fingers get cold!
Strain into a glass with fresh ice and top with tonic.
Express orange peel over top and garnish.
