An indigo hued twist on the classic Clover Club cocktail. The Clover Club is said to have originated in a Philadelphia hotel in the late 1800s.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Conniption Kinship Gin
½ oz raspberry syrup
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz Dry Vermouth
1 egg white

Garnish

raspberries

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake once without ice.
Add ice and shake again.
Pour into a strainer over cocktail glass and garnish with raspberries.
