Spicy Mayan Mocha
Durham Distillery Conniption Gin
2 c. whole milk
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp.raw sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper powder, depending on the heat level you prefer
whipped cream and cinnamon stick
On a stove top, heat milk and sugar to a low boil.
When sugar is dissolved, whisk in cocoa powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
Remove from heat and add the Damn Fine Mocha Liqueur. Whisk well.
Pour into 4 glass mugs. Top each with a mound of whipped cream and cinnamon stick.
