This balanced and beautiful cocktail gets its stunning color from our Conniption Kinship Gin. The indigo hued gin turns pink when the grapefruit juice is added. A must try and sure to impress cocktail!
1 oz. Conniption Kinship Gin
1 oz. Saint Germain
1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
2 dashes Peychauds bitters
Add all ingredients (minus the garnish) into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
