The Vesper or Vesper Martini is a cocktail created in the 1950's that was originally made of gin, vodka, and Kina Lillet. The formulations of its ingredients have changed since its original publication in print but not ours. Well, technically we did have to replace Kina Lillet with Lillet Blanc due to it being discontinued, but everything else is the same. And trust us when we say you this is one cocktail you don't need to mess with. Long live the OG.
Shaken: If you like ICE COLD, mix all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Stirred: If you prefer it slightly chilled and strong, then add all ingredients into mixing glass with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until mixed and chilled. Use a strainer and pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
