Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavors of summer through a thoughtfully curated menu by Executive Chef Carmen Rice-Settles of Full Street Catering, expertly paired with signature Durham Distillery cocktails.

Hosted among the stills in our production distillery, this intimate dining experience unfolds around a communal banquet table with warm candlelight, relaxed conversation, and seasonal ingredients at their peak. Each course is designed to complement a handcrafted cocktail, creating a memorable journey of flavor from the first bite to dessert.

    Sliced chicken breast topped with diced tomato, olive oil, fresh basil, and garlic. Finished with balsamic reduction. Served with spiced roasted potatoes and green beans.

    Pan-seared salmon topped with diced tomato, olive oil, fresh basil, and garlic. Finished with balsamic reduction. Served with spiced roasted potatoes and green beans.
  • Vegetarian Option
    Cheese Tortellini alla Vodka with focaccia bread

Because this experience is prepared specifically for each guest, tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest.

At the heart of the evening is Executive Chef Carmen Rice-Settles, founder of Full Street Catering, known for her ability to bring elevated Southern cuisine to life in a way that feels both refined and deeply rooted.

What began as a passion project has grown into one of the Triangle’s most dynamic culinary brands — spanning catering, private chef experiences, and curated events across the region. Chef Carmen’s approach is driven by both creativity and intention, constantly exploring new flavors and cuisines while staying grounded in the belief that food should bring people together.

Whether she’s cooking for an intimate dinner or a large-scale event, the focus remains the same: thoughtful menus, bold flavor, and an experience that feels as good as it tastes.
