We’re looking for a full-time, hands-on operations professional to help own warehouse organization, logistics planning, bottling readiness, finished goods movement, facilities support, and transfers between our Durham distillery and Graham warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, logistics, facilities, production, or hands-on operations experience who is organized, practical, and comfortable jumping into the physical work.

Retail Experience Lead & Brand Ambassador
We’re also hiring a part-time retail and guest experience role focused on tasting room sales, tours, tastings, merchandising, and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail sales, specialty retail, hospitality, tasting rooms, museum or gift shop retail, visual merchandising, or experiential guest engagement. Weekend availability is required.
